Ukulele Body Tuning (2:15-2:45 pm)
Playing the ukulele may look effortless, but repetitive chord changes, sustained thumb pressure, and posture habits can quietly lead to fatigue and strain. Do your fingers feel sore after a long strumming session? Does your neck or shoulder tighten up during practice or jams?
In this workshop, you’ll understand why common aches in the fingers, wrist, thumb, neck, and shoulders happen. And more importantly, what you can do about them from both preventive and curative perspectives.
